In an enviable location this designer home offers tranquility as well as convenience, being a short stroll to the buzz of Noosa Junction and within easy walking distance over Noosa Hill to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach.

Located on Banksia Avenue, Noosa Heads this exceptionally spacious and beautifully appointed pavilion style beach house offers a northern orientation that ensures holiday makers can enjoy sunshine all year round. With walls of louvres to capture the salty breezes and the lush landscaped gardens this home is surrounded by a mixture of sub-tropical plants and native bushland resulting in a peaceful outlook. Escape the hustle and bustle, kick back and relax after a day at the beach or just lie by the pool.

Noosa Main Beach and Hastings Street is 1.4km, 16-minute walk and 4-minute drive.
Noosa Junction is 300m and a 4-minute walk.
Features: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms, wet edge swimming pool, large deck with outdoor dining area, Charcoal Webber BBQ, laundry with Miele washer and dryer, 4 car undercover off-street garage, media room with Smart TV, lounge with Smart TV, Wi-Fi, ducted air conditioning throughout, fans in all rooms, gourmet kitchen with butler’s pantry.

Airport: Sunshine Coast Airport is the closest airport to Noosa, a 30-minute drive south located in Maroochydore. Direct flights operate from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast.

Having the national park close by made for a very relaxing stay. The sounds of nature where soothing and beautiful to wake up to. The property was immaculately presented and having shops within walking distance was great.Fantastic Holiday.

The House is better in Real Life!

Really Beautiful house, close to shopping/restrants & a nice walk or Uber down to Hastings Street. Only negative is the Blinds in both in the Master & Top guest Bedrooms are not Block out Blinds, with the Sun Rising at 4:30am in the Summer Time, it’s a little annoying. Otherwise it’s an Amazing Property ( the pool is great!) & would recommend to stay.

A fantastic house that ticks all the boxes! Everything you could need for a wonderful family escape!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! An abundance of space, beautiful and clean, well equipped, close to amenities but far enough away from the crowds. It exceeded our expectations and we hope to return one day :)

A stunning property, perfect for a group of adults

The property was absolutely exquisite. It is much larger in person than it looks in photos and is just breathtaking. For 10 adults it didn’t feel cramped, while the neighbourhood was so peaceful. Our host was fantastic and very communicative. Thanks so much guys, we’ll definitely be back

Fabulous Noosa Getaway

This lovely house was perfect for our group of adults and teenagers. The house was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is a very short walk to Noosa Junction and about 15 minutes down hill to Hastings Street. I would definitely stay here again.
