"We had such a wonderful stay at the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, well-kept, and beautiful the entire property was. Every space felt safe, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. "There was a luggage dolly for us to use to take our luggage to and from our room. In the room there was a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a stove top with 2 burners. There were a lot of outlets for plugging in laptops and recharging cell phones. The bathroom was a good size, not a tiny space. There was a free continental breakfast and a workout room. We enjoyed our stay very much and were very comfortable there. We would definitely stay there again."

"Staff was amazing , assistant general manager “Chatey” was great also the night shift people were great “ Devin and Noah “ , they were all great help !!! Hotel is very clean , breakfast is as good as what you expect for the pay. Room didn’t have any bad smell or any bugs so that is also great. Location is fantastic, everything you might want is close by. I definitely recommend this nice hotel "

"Everything was perfect! All of the staff was great, and our room was clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again! "

"The staff were all very nice and accommodating. They were able to pick me up from the airport and take me to the mall whenever I was ready. On my last day, they took me to the mall after I left my luggage at the hotel and when they picked me up they had my luggage so that they could take me directly to the airport. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Great job of customer focus. Food was delicious and well served! Housekeepers were very helpful and friendly as well. Thanks for making this 3 day stay wonderful!"

"Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. I had two issues they addressed immediately. The room was clean, quiet, air conditioned, spacious, and a really nice stay. I was in town for a stressful two day event and the hotel was what I looked forward to at the end of each day. Also amazing breakfast options."

"Staff was friendly and the room was quiet. Ice machine was not working. Breakfast was good."

"Moody, Angelica, and Mark were three staff members that were extremely helpful during our stay. They helped us navigate local food options and guaranteed we had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were very refreshing and we were in walking distance to our concert and great coffee. "

"This place is a the best place i have stayed in a long time! The security for this building is amazing. I like the fact you use your key for the pool, laundry room. The breakfast was a very good selection as well. The room itself was a WIN! The atmosphere is very clean,calm and welcoming. The sfaff was all very nice, helpful and was happy to answer any questions. They do offer valet, for a fee but we parked in the garage across the street for only 4$ for the night. Definitely will be booking...
