"It was close to the airport. The propane who checked us on was super nice. There were people standing around smoking or hanging around. It seemed not safe and the room was basic. The noise above us was loud talking and chairs moving all night long. We did not sleep well here"

"The place is very dirty inside and out. There is no one at the counter at all times so it makes you wait until some one shows up. There are way too many people that do ling stays and use the place as their house walking around and slaming doors at all hours of the night. Since after a certain hour there is no one at front desk people gather there and are loud and get in fights at a point cops showed up and took some people with them. So if you have a chance stay some where else."

"The outside looked decent. But the inside, oh my goodness. Where do I begin. When I got there to check-in, staff was not present. I had to pick up a courtesy phone to say I was there for check-in, then someone came out to the desk. There was nothing special about staff courtesy I was checked in and given a room key. While walking to the room, there were multiple stains on the carpet. When I got to the room, it was horrible!! There was a white residue crumbs on the counter. The dishes weren’t...

"It’s fine as a baseline motel. The place is run down, especially as compared to the neighborhood- hallway carpets were musty, but the room’s was ok. Their hospitality is also baseline… strict 10:30 checkout, etc. Minihaha falls is close, which is why I chose the spot, and there’s bus and transit a block away. It worked out, though I personally would expect a lower rate for the quality."

"The one king-bed studio room I initially booked was in extremely poor condition — the couch cover was torn, there were dead cockroaches, a strong foul odor, it was just unacceptable. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff downgraded my room to a standard king bed. They were unhelpful throughout and even suggested I cancel my reservation, which I had made a week in advance. Very disappointing experience and poor service."

"Great hotel! The front desk staff was just ok. Being from Texas I’m used to really nice people. When I went to check out and ask for a copy of my receipt, the front desk clerk seemed put out. Other than that, all was good."

I reported the issue to the front desk and asked that it be repaired while we were out, but after two repair attempts, the drainage problem became even worse. In addition, the bathroom fan did not work, and there were flies in the bathroom throughout our stay."
