"We didn't try the food options but the beds were nice and clean and the bathroom was very clean and had what we needed for our one night stay. The staff was super nice and friendly, they were well concerned when i was limping abd the staff member offered to help me and i thought that was so touching. "

"This place is a the best place i have stayed in a long time! The security for this building is amazing. I like the fact you use your key for the pool, laundry room. The breakfast was a very good selection as well. The room itself was a WIN! The atmosphere is very clean,calm and welcoming. The sfaff was all very nice, helpful and was happy to answer any questions. They do offer valet, for a fee but we parked in the garage across the street for only 4$ for the night. Definitely will be booking...

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, well-kept, and beautiful the entire property was. Every space felt safe, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. "The staff were all very nice and accommodating. They were able to pick me up from the airport and take me to the mall whenever I was ready. On my last day, they took me to the mall after I left my luggage at the hotel and when they picked me up they had my luggage so that they could take me directly to the airport. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Moody, Angelica, and Mark were three staff members that were extremely helpful during our stay. They helped us navigate local food options and guaranteed we had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were very refreshing and we were in walking distance to our concert and great coffee. "

"The staff at the front desk in particular were so welcoming and helpful. Jenny in particular Was so helpful and friendly. Room was clean as bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was a great way to start the day. Would recommend this hotel highly. "

"Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. I had two issues they addressed immediately. The room was clean, quiet, air conditioned, spacious, and a really nice stay. I was in town for a stressful two day event and the hotel was what I looked forward to at the end of each day. Also amazing breakfast options."
