Winter sports enthusiasts will fall in love with world-class skiing and snowboarding on the slopes of Bald Mountain (Baldy) during the winter months. If you are visiting during the summer months, you can explore numerous hiking and biking trails offering breathtaking views of the Sawtooth Mountains and surrounding landscapes. Make sure to visit the iconic Sun Valley Resort for shopping, dining, and various outdoor activities such as golfing, ice skating, and horseback riding. Anglers will get to experience excellent fly fishing opportunities in the area's pristine rivers and streams, known for abundant trout populations. Other attractions include Sun Valley Center for the Arts, Bald Mountain Trail, Galena Lodge, Sawtooth Botanical Garden, Sun Valley Ice Rink, Sawtooth National Recreation Area, and Dollar Mountain.

This bright and airy condo enjoys a beautifully appointed open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably in front of the gas fireplace in the living room to read an entertaining book or stream your favorite series and movies on the smart TV with streaming and cable. Prepare tasty homemade meals and treats for the crew in the well-appointed kitchen and then retreat to the extra large deck with seating to unwind while taking in the mountain vistas.

The main floor also houses a primary bedroom with a 30-inch smart TV and an en suite bathroom. There is also a stackable washer/dryer in the walk-in closet. The second-floor bedroom has a smart TV and access to a full bath off the hallway with a shower. The third bedroom is another main suite with a smart TV and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. Additional perks include four bikes, and board games.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
