"I loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of downtown, and how helpful the staff were."

"The room and hotel are basic and are a good economical choice for Banff. In room ameneties include coffee, fridge, shampoo, and body wash. The mattress is older, but other than that, the room was comfortable. It said parking was included, but there was no parking available when we arrived. We were told to park in a public parkade. However, you need to move your vehicle every nine hours. The location is the best!"

"Hot tub and sauna were amazing. Good location in town close to everything except the train lines which ran a lot. We are light sleepers so this was a shock to our system. Bed was too firm but this is a personal preference. Great shower area and overall great customer service."

"Was disappointed of location of our room. Almost the farthest room from the elevator. We could not enjoy our balcony due to the construction outside. We were not told this may be an issue. We had come to this hotel for a few visits and were disappointed. I feel like we were punished for not booking directly with the hotel. One of our most favourite reasons for staying was the sauna, which was not working and the jacuzzi had no pressure in the jets. "

"We booked this hotel for my husband birthday because i saw the good ratings and the amenities they offer which is the pool area , hot tub and hydro , sauna and steam room are so amazing… My daughter enjoyed the pool so much… the room is cozy and our view as well is perfect."

"Can't beat the location. Clean with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again. Rooms are small without closets but if you can get past this the location is worth the tight rooms. We parked a short walk away at the train station (free) since our truck didn't fit in the adjacent parking garage. "

"Room was subpar. Looks completely different than the photos so please be prepared for that when booking especially if you don’t upgrade your room. We found stains on our towels. Every set had a new stain. Even though they were small it was still gross. Bathroom has water damage and the shower head is old and crusty. Overall a fine room to stay in when just used for sleeping but when spending 300$ plus for each night you would hope it was what they showed in the pictures. Will not be returning. "

"We traveled with 2 littles and the water park and play zone was a nice addition! Overall it was nice. A little outdated and could have used a few more kitchenware, but we had what we needed. Definitely coming back!"
