Welcome to Wyld Haven! Come on in and kick off your shoes, letting the tranquility of this beautiful property transport you from the ordinary into the extraordinary. Your haven away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to completely unwind. 25 rolling acres, heavily treed and backing to the beautiful Lake of the Arbuckle’s Corps of Engineers land.

This extraordinary 6 bedroom, 4000 square foot house has a multitude of amenities to offer. The upper deck opens out onto a wonderful view of Lake Arbuckle and an opportunity to sit and watch the wildlife. Offering amazing privacy and seclusion, the house is still conveniently only 4 miles from downtown. Stay in the action with local restaurants and attractions, yet be a world apart. The house's amenities include a wood burning fireplace, a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Within the gated area you may ride ATV's and bicycles or just take a nice walk.

Great home by the lake!

This property was very spacious and accommodating. The pictures don’t do it justice. The common spaces were cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The screened in patio, fire pit, and game room were all great hang-out places. If we have any complaints, it would be antenna reception on the TV’s. Be sure you have your streaming service passwords.

Family Reunion

Property was beautiful. Plenty of beds for sleeping. Plenty of space for gathering. Very enjoyable place. Would suggest you get a second refrigerator somewhere in the patio room or somewhere. One refrigerator not big enough for a large group. And it would be nice to have a full inventory list of what’s there sent at time of check in. We brought several items to cook with that were there. Like mixer and crock pot. Would not have brought. Overall we would give a 10.

Multi-family ATV riders

The home was a nice place for our large group to stay for an extended weekend. It was comfortable for our group of 16. The kids loved having the playroom to hang out. We had plenty of room to park our trailers. Quiet and comfortable space!

Large Family Perfection

This was our first family vacation and it was perfect! The location of the home is remote enough to be quiet, but close to the Walmart, which saved us on more than one occasion. It is definitely an older home, but it gave it just the right amount of character. Plus, the linens, kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas were very clean. The house has so many things to do if you have kids or teens. There is also plenty of room to find some quiet space for the adults. My family is still talking about it. We are already looking at dates for next year!

Really Large House

The house was perfect for our needs, lots of sleeping areas for privacy. The extra large screened porch was excellent for all of us eating together. We used the fire pits twice and the teenagers loved it. The washer and dryer was also very appreciated. The location in the country but only 4 miles to town was very convenient! Our Host answered our question quickly. Would have loved having a 2nd refrigerator for just drinks! But again it was perfect for our 4 families needs!

Beautiful View

We went here for Father's day weekend. Group of 15 (10 adults, 5 children). Chose this location for the space and view. House itself was similar in size to ours so we knew it would be a comfortable fit, but the home is so well laid out that I couldn't help but think it was actually larger. There was nothing but plenty of space, and everything was provided. (Probably didn't need to bring half of what we did thinking about it in hindsight). Stores are well within reasonable distance, and there are plenty of things to see. Honestly the firepit and the backyard were all the attractions needed. We pitched tents, there's no light pollution so the night sky is clear and the starts/constellations visible. The fire pit itself creates a whole mood as well, but the view of the backyard... It is overlooking the lake with valleys that stretch into the horizon, and I honestly could have sat there and watched it change through all four seasons; it's just amazing. Unfortunately, as it is in the country, we did have an incident with a wasp nest that was on the front porch, but they came out in less than 30 mins to take care of it. We definitely enjoyed the stay and left talking about how we'd visit here again.

Large house for family get togethers!

This is a very large spacious house that is perfect for family get togethers. The owners kept in communication with us anytime we asked a question, and even brought over space heaters because the temperatures were so low. The only bad thing is that the kitchen is extremely small and closed in. No more than two people could be in there at a time. Everything was perfect and my sister and her kids and grandkids, had an amazing time.

A Great Stay!

The cabin was clean, the property was spacious, the view overlooking Lake of the Arbuckles was lovely, the beds were comfortable, the number of living spaces was generous - wonderful! Our extended family of 10 was only ever "crowded" around the dining room table. 😊 The town of Sulphur was close by and charming, with lots to do and explore. The property manager responded quickly. Highly recommend!

Home Away From Home

This home was the perfect getaway from the daily hustle and bustle of our hectic city lives. This home catered to every whim and need of every member of my party, 5 adults, 3 preteens, 3 toddlers and 1 infant baby. There was more than enough room to spread around, we even had spare bedrooms because the littles all wanted to have a sleepover in the loft, the pre-teens "camped out" on the enclosed porch and the adults each had a living room space to spend quality alone time with their partners and children without being cramped. The fire pit was the perfect place to end each night star gazing and the balcony provided ample space and breathtaking views for our family paint night. We set up tarps and let the kiddos and adults each paint the sunset on our first night, then we brought out the telescope and star gazed well into the night. We had more than enough bathrooms as well and the convenience of washer and dryer after a long day swimming at Turner Falls and Chickasaw Reserve. The home had everything needed for us to cook at home, full kitchen fully stocked with everything, 2 grills, several eating areas and plenty of chairs. I cannot wait for our family vacation next year, my family has already requested I book the property in advance because we cannot possibly go back to staying at hotels or several separate rental homes, due to the size of our group. I am more than pleased and overly impressed with the overall experience. I will be returning with my family.

It fit our group fine. Beds were soft and clean. Showers worked great. We need more toilet paper towards the end but we brought some. The fridge at first wasn't cooling but later it did. The sliding o Door in the back needs window stickers. One of our teenagers ran into it.

Great family hang out spot

We had a group of 11 stay here over Spring Break weekend. We had 5 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 little guys and this house was a great option for us. There was plenty of room to spread folks out and have different groups doing different things and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and be on their own when wanted as well. The kids loved the pool table and the adults enjoyed the screen porch. Kitchen was on the small side and could get crowded fast, but we managed just fine by utilizing the outside grill quite a bit. The only negative to us, was that the house wasn't as secluded as we had hoped. However, from the back deck you have lots of open area that is private and the kids had a great time utilizing the fire pit, throwing a football around, riding their ATVs, playing cornhole outside.

Perfect getaway for Family

This place was wonderful....very very clean there was a bed for everyone. Kids enjoyed making smores they played football. Lake is a couple of mins to get to. It was just so conveniente to have the house near to get to and chillax. Believe this will be on our list for future stay. Also there is a comment on here saying it was outdated.......they must live in a luxary home to say that because the "outdated" furniture is what made the house feel very cozy and welcoming.

The location was good. The property was older, need new furniture and the refrigerator was leaking water. We had to move food around. Need to update pool table . Sean was great, he was there for anything we needed . I give him a 10 out of 10.

Great Friend Getaway

We spend the weekend with 3 other couples for an end of summer get away. Excellent property. Tons of room for everyone. Caretaker was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and plenty of Space.

The fire pit was great and an added touch was the wood that was already there and the property manager bringing us kenneling to start the fire. The loft upstairs had two twin mattresses which the teenagers loved. We had room to put up two full size air-mattresses in one of the living rooms. Plenty of room to park vehicles and set up chairs and outside games like corn hole and KanJam. Even with a full house of people we had plenty of hot water and the A/C kept the house cold on the 100 degree days.
