"The best part of this hotel is its location which is literally within the West Station. You don’t even have to leave the building to jump into a train. Breakfast was good and sufficient. The staff was a mixed bag. The first night we had issues with the room’s power and when asked about it I was told if I wanted to charge my phone at the front desk instead of being given the attention to review the issue. The cleaning staff did not clean the room the first night even when we did not leave the “do not clean” sign at the door and they also did not refresh the water bottles (not sure if this is a policy of the hotel). "

"Este hotel se lo recomiendo a cualquier turista que llegue a Zurich, a 3’minutos caminando de la estación, frente a una parada de múltiples tranvías y súper caminable para toda la ciudad además muy limpio y da sensación de cuidado y limpieza además el personal es muy amable… lo mejor fue que llegué a las 10:00 am y a es ahora me entregaron la habitación así que eso cuenta más "

"La habitación era incomoda, ya que el baño se separa de la cama, solo por un ventanal semi transparente y no es cómodo ni otorga privacidad. Respecto al personal, tuvimos varios inconvenientes, pues llegando hicimos notar que la caja fuerte estaba cerrada y no podíamos utilizarla. Nos señalaron que se acercarían a nuestra habitación y abrirla. Sin embargo, aquello nunca ocurrió. Ni siquiera se tomaron la molestia de preguntar si resolvieron nuestro problema. Segundo tema: es que el personal de aseo es terrible, porque nunca rellenaban los frascos de jabón, shampoo, tanto en el lavamanos ni en la ducha. Un día alcancé a realizar esta petición, personalmente, porque justamente estaban haciendo aseo cuando llegué. Sin embargo, al día siguiente nuevamente no rellenaron el jabón del lavamanos, ya que me percaté que lo hacen casi por goteo. Entonces, además de no entregar Amenities, tratan de ahorrar al máximo el relleno de los frascos de uso personal. Muy desagradable."

"Breakfast was okay and functional and staff was friendly. Location is quite possibly the best as it’s steps from the Water Tower, the dock and the Bridges. My one complaint was the AC. The room was so hot at night, borderline insufferable and all I got was “sorry city doesn’t allow us to use the AC as it’s still winter (in April)” after I had already checked out. Well I would have offered a manual fan or anything, not just silence and then sorry. "

"Económico, servicio y atención el personal de recepción excelente, buena ubicación. Internet incluido, desayuno muy bueno. Camas cómodas. (Solo recomendaría ofrecer toallas de baño más grandes)"
