"The owner Monika is very nice lady. She is very responsive and made extra efforts to make ready the apartment so we can check in early as it was raining the day we checked in. The house is very beautiful situated close to interlaken with beautiful landscape. There is a very nice garden and easy to car park. The house is very traditional built but that gives the wooden chalet feeling and we loved it. Overall the house has all facilities and we did not faced any problem. Highly recommended."

"The location of this property was very easy to get to from Grindelwald Terminal, Easy to get around with the SBB train/bus app. Check-in was easy, we arrived early, they let us put our bags in the house while we waited to check in. Upon arrival the house had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Kitchen had pot & pans, oven is confusing to work & no oil for the fondue pots, but had extra toilet paper! "We left this stay very disappointed, with serious safety concerns as a family with children. During our stay, a low window pane at child height broke when accidentally knocked and shattered into large, sharp, jagged pieces. It did not appear to be safety glass and, in my view, posed a real risk of serious injury to a child. This was especially concerning in a family holiday property, which also appeared to lack basic visible safety features despite having a wood burner, including no smoke alarms...
