Upon arriving, the code that was given to me to access the property was not working. I had to call the property owner for the right code only for him to tell us that the property had no electricity. It was snowing and the house was 55F degrees inside. The property manager told us that it would be back any minute but it took another 3 hours before we could use any power and get warm. The owner knew that the power was down hours before we arrived, but failed to notify us.
