"We were in OC for a wedding & stayed for a long weekend. Property was exactly as described and how it looked in the photos. Nicely updated and clean. Everything seemed brand new. 15th street is right in the heart of town so we were close to attractions and stores. Only a three minute walk to the bay to watch the sunset...and we considered it a bonus that we were above Mario’s pizza! "

"Stay was great, weather turned out better than forecast. There are a lot of steps which was fine for my family, we anted to be the top floor, but would consider renting the first floor next year for my parents and ease of loading and unloading. Overall great house and location. The twin bunk room had some of the best mattresses in any rental I’ve used."

"We loved that the house was steps to the boardwalk and beach. So convenient. Everything you need is stocked in the kitchen. Patio was on the street to people watch and see what's going on. We had a good time during our stay."

"My family had a wonderful 5th annual OCNJ beach vacation here! The property had enough space for our 6 adulrs and 5 children and although not as close to the beach and boardwalk as we normally stay, the included VIP parking pass made that a non issue. There was a parking concern upon arrival that was responded to immediately and resolved timely. Jody is an extremely responsive host who made sure we were taken care of. Recommend!"

"The hosts were wonderful, however the property was not. Kitchen accessories were greasy, not washed properly, disorganized, and not fully equipped. The heat in main area( kitchen/ family room) didn't work, 64 degrees. We had to use the oven to heat area, however it heated up bedrooms too much! Carpets were disgustingly dirty. Pillows and lack of blankets were not acceptable. The internet kept having to be rebooted. Lights out through out "

"Just what I expected. An old tutor in good shape for its age. Not fancy, but quirky and fun. Plenty of room to accommodate everyone. Nice common areas for all to gather and close to the beach!"

"This house was amazing & fit 23 of my family members to celebrate my grandmas birthday! There was everything we needed- chairs for everyone, plenty of fridge space & Julie was so kind and quickly responsive. Parking was not a problem at all we had plenty of cars and plenty of street parking. We will definitely be staying there again!"

"This was a great place to stay for my family of three. It’s a quick drive to Stone Harbor beach, and the beach passes included at the house were an added convenience. The space was very clean and well put together. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area and pool. Would definitely stay again!"

"This was perfect for what I needed: a place close to the beach for me and four teenagers. The listing did indicate that it could accommodate more people, and I almost had two additional teenagers join us. I am glad that I did not. The unit is well organized, but it would’ve been very tight if more people had been in our party. It was hard to get a sense of the layout from the pictures. Other than that, this is a great location and we had a great stay!"
