Casa al frente de la playa de 10 dormitorios y 8 baños ahora disponible para albergar su próxima gran reunión familiar. Esta espaciosa casa bellamente decorada con vistas espectaculares es perfecta para crear recuerdos duraderos con su familia. Con grandes cocinas abiertas (electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable), comedor y sala familiar con vista al mar. Múltiples cubiertas para tomar el sol, leer o simplemente relajarse. El famoso paseo marítimo de Ocean City, las tiendas del centro y las vistas panorámicas (puedes ver Atlantic City) hacen de esta una propiedad de vacaciones ideal. Patio a nivel del suelo conduce directamente a la playa. No semanas de secundaria o fines de semana de graduación.

Everything was clean and in good condition. The views were incredible. We saw dolphins jumping out of the water 2 days in a row. What an experience. We had 17 people staying in the house for our daughters wedding.

Everything was as expected.

It was great to get together with family and be on the beach. The beach was great and we totally enjoyed the house. Having the split house format allowed for late night noisy games on one side and a nice quiet side for the early sleepers. Thank you!

Wedding Weekend

We booked this property to host our rehearsal dinner and as a stay for our whole wedding party for the weekend. The property was exactly what we needed. Clean, right on the beach, and big enough to host and sleep everyone. Our rehearsal dinner was around 40 people and we had more than enough space. Julia and her team were very helpful throughout the process as well. They were responsive and even let us tour the house a couple months in advance to help us plan. Would definitely recommend for a big group!

Perfect family reunion!

Beautiful property right on the beach. comfortably fit 14 adults and 6 kids. 2 full kitchens, ample bathrooms, great selection of beds/ bedrooms for all. Great beach to hang out all day. Nice to have the two adjoining condos so that we were all together but could also have separate hang out areas. Kitchens fully decked out and the grills worked perfectly. Unbelievable views from the back deck, from sunrise to night.

Great for work retreat

Enjoyed the side by side aspect of this property for work team building event so that men could stay on one side, women the other. Fantastic location and responsive host! Either missed the note that sheets and towels were not included or assumed they were which required a last minute unexpected expense, but all in all a fantastic experience!

Awesome place

We are a group of 1980 Penn State friends that gather annually for a few days of golf, camaraderie, laughs, etc. this home was more than spacious for our group of 15 which included a few couples. Everyone had their own bedroom, and plenty of bath facilities so no waiting. The views are incredible and plenty of oceanfront decks. We all had a great time!! Like all the other posters said Julie is an amazing host. She responded to my many questions almost immediately even on weekends and evenings. Don’t hesitate to rent this home if you are looking for a large group and oceanfront.

Queen’s trip to OCNJ

We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach house! The views are spectacular! If you are looking for an oceanfront home for a large group- this is the one! Julie the owner was lovely! She was always available to answer my questions! The views are the highlight of this beautiful home! You step into the main living room and are greeted by the Ocean! Mounted on the wall are amazing sail fish! The entire home is decorated in all things nautical! New living room furniture that was so comfortable for movie watching on the big screen tv. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal. I loved the coffee bar and the choice of Keurig or regular coffee pot. The brand new refrigerator was wonderful! We all used the ice and water function on the fridge door, and this cut way back on plastic bottles. New fridge is huge and the extra one located in the garage was useful for drinks while coming and going from the beach. All the appliances were brand new. Large dining booth located in kitchen along with additional 8 seats at large dining room table with same amazing views. I put a puzzle together sitting at the dining room table enjoying the ocean view the entire time. The bedroom on the main living room floor has its own balcony and bathroom also a very comfortable bed. I also want to mention the beautiful stone master bath shower located on the second floor. Looking forward to renting this beautiful home next summer!

Family Vacation.

Very nicely situated property on the beach. The home is near the amenities needed for vacation. Fortunately this lovely home met our needs for the rainy week we encountered, with nice tables for playing family games and giving everyone their own space. 5 adult couples and 8 children were in our family. Also noted the home is well stocked with beach chairs and surf boards, and kids toys which we didn’t need as we brought our own. Both the property manager and owner were very responsive, and available as needed. There are steps to navigate with this property, as the second floor hosts the living areas, needed for the ocean view over the dunes. The outside decks are well equipped with comfortable furniture and allow you to share an entrance to the two mirrored homes.

Quiet spaces for large group

Wonderful place for large group. We rented the whole house and found plenty of space for some who wanted to get away and relax. Even if one rents just one side, you can not hear anything from the other side.

Exactly what we were looking for!

This rental home was exactly what we needed. We had a mixed group of 13 adults and 8 children varying from 14 months to 11 years old. Having access to both units was perfect to be able to utilize the two kitchens for the children waking up early and the late risers. Even though the weather was not great for our weekend, the units had more than enough space for indoor activities. Everything was clean and presentable. Check in process was super easy and Julia was extremely responsive to any questions I had leading up to the visit. We will be looking at booking this same place again next year!

Julia was so responsive and helpful in planning our stay. The property is gorgeous and maintained beautifully. The house was spotless and everything that was in the listing was accurate. My group was 15 adults for a work retreat and the space was perfect to get work done and relax.

Perfect getaway

Wonderful family-sized home for the Thanksgiving holiday. Two family rooms meant some could watch a football game and the others could play board games at the same time. Easy beach access and views. Walkable to grocery and restaurants.
