"From start to end this was a disappointment. When we arrived our booking thru expedia never reached the concierge desk and had to go on a call for half hour and get it sorted. The room I had booked was then not available. We were given the family suite to make up for the error but when we got to the tent, approx 6pm the housekeeping had not come yet, we had to wait again for the room to be cleaned, inside the bungalow there was no toilet paper, no water, no tissues and floor was dirty - had to...

"I liked the large TV with like to lots of channels, internet and the ability to cast your own device to it. The continental breakfast was good with alot of choices and NY style bagels plus juices that were’nt too watered down like Hampton Inn. The front desk was very helpful. The single elevator was a little small and slow but it served its purpose. The hotel loading zone was very helpful."

"Breakfast was not worth eating and coffee was pretty undrinkable. The dorm-room quality rooms were small but clean. There was no masking the noise level in the hall as every door slams shut when opened. With surrounding guests in and out of rooms all night, bedtime wasn’t possible before 3am. Too pricey for the sub-par overall experience. The rate should run $200/per night or lower. Desk clerks were friendly and very accommodating."

"It’s a good hotel with decently sized rooms and beds. They do have very nice toiletries including little disposable toothbrushes. Location is in walking distance from restaurants and Belt Parkway is 5 mins away. Parking lot is usually full, so you might need to spend time looking for parking or park at meters and then wake up early to depart or pay the meter - in that case i recommend downloading parknyc app and then you can start your parking from your room. "The hotel has a good location in Jersey City's Paulus Hook. It is very easy to walk to both the PATH train to World Trade Center and ferry to most of the pier in Manhattan. The laundry room is huge. The root top restaurant for breakfast is huge too. It has the view of downtown Manhattan and it is open for the resident to visit at night. It is the best choice for families."

"Nice location. Our room was on the backside and was spacious and very quiet. Very good mattress and plenty of room to organize your stuff for five day stay. Highly functional bathroom with good space for toiletries. Good lobby coffee. Nothing fancy but it does strong job providing the basics for a Brooklyn stay-better than big chains"
