"Pretty run down. We spent a few hours there. Got at 1:30 at night. Got room with only 1 bed (4 people). They were nice and fixed the problem in 10 min. EV charger obsolete, could not plug my Tesla. Very old Tesla charger. Other charger required some network membership. Not great. Good I had enough charge to make it to the channel tunnel. But this increased our trip next day in 45'"

"The room was amazing and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Food was 10/10, had to wait a max probably 10 mins for food each time. The service was just top tier. The room was so clean and tidy, and trust me the bed was so comfortable, you could literally just sink into it. Spa was so relaxing and quiet. You can order drinks to your lounger. The cave hotel was just the best stay. I wish we booked a longer stay ! Definitely worth every penny. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you The...

"The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is dated but comfortable,clean and great value for money. It is situated right in the hub of the harbour and close to the old town and shops. We've stayed here a couple of times and will definitely be coming,back. Theres great entertainment daily and a real feel of that holiday feeling ."
