Cuando llegamos a hacer check inn, nos dieron una habitación para discapacitados…, lo hicimos saber a la recepción y se nos dijo que “todas las habitaciones eran iguales”. Al día siguiente, lo volvimos a señalar al encargado y nos dio otra habitación, completamente diferente, y muy cómoda; nada qué ver con la primera. "Check in and breakfast were good. The area is close to great pubs and restaurants and the metro. Unfortunately in the year since we last stayed here, the hotel looks a little rough inside. Carpet looks beat up. There are dings and scuffs all over the walls inside hotel rooms. We had a great time otherwise. "

"Absolutely disgusting. Smelt like human piss HORRENDOUSLY. Carpet was miss coloured from stains. Burn marks on blanket. Bed was floor level. Smelt like fresh current cigarette even tho there’s no smoking signs. Would absolutely not stay here!!!!!!! My clothes all smelt the next day. I backpacked Thailand and nothing was this gross. "

"Property clean and convenient to Seaham. Two short flights of stairs to rooms with 3 sets of doors to go through. No lift and no help to get luggage to room. Registration at bar and staff was busy with patrons so check in and out took time. Parking on site. Security good. "

"Staff were helpful and polite. The room was clean, with an excellent view. But the bed was not very comfortable, and the heating was not brilliant. The fixtures and fittings were worn and dated. Breakfast was ok, but could do with a decent coffee machine as you would find in similar setups. So in short, a potentially lovely place that just needs investment to upgrade it."

"One the most beautiful hotels that I have been, a real medieval castle in the middle of nowere, with al the 21th century facilities. Amazing!!!"
