"Another very pleasant stay at HGI while visiting to watch football. A very clean and comfortable room that would be on the pitch at the Stadium of Light if it was much closer! Very acceptable restaurant, but beware of inexperienced waiting staff who make up their answers to your queries without appearing to know what the correct answer is!"

"Check-in was quick and easy as someone was at the desk but there were times I would have liked to ask a question of a staff member but there was no one around. I would also like to have had a suitcase stand rather than have it opened on the floor. I don't like to us the bed as a suitcase stand as the suitcase is not particularly clean."

"A lovely flat close to all the amenities and transport hubs in Sunderland. Only a 20min walk to the Stadium of Light if you are going to the football. There is a great curry house just next door and a Wetherspoon across the road for breakfast. "

"Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer."

"We stayed as a group of 8 ladies, we we watching a show at the stage making this apartment the perfect location. Directly outside the metro station, with a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend "

"Not great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old."
