"Room large and comfortable, bed especially so. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast unusual that everything was warm and fresh, plates in warmer. Hotel in excellent central position. The only thing we didn't like was the fairly loud 'music' playing constantly in the breakfast area."

"Check in and breakfast were good. The area is close to great pubs and restaurants and the metro. Unfortunately in the year since we last stayed here, the hotel looks a little rough inside. Carpet looks beat up. There are dings and scuffs all over the walls inside hotel rooms. We had a great time otherwise. "

"Pleasant stay at the Seaton Lane Inn with a little hiccup of no towels in the room on arrival but was remedied straightaway. Check in was quick and easy although steep stairs to the upper level of the Inn rooms. May be a little difficult for older people to negotiate these. Had food in the restraunt one night and enjoyed the steak which was cooked as asked and the service was also good from the waiter. Check out was also quick and easy so a very good stay at a good hotel."

"It's a very nice hotel with plenty of charm and a really nice location. Cruise ships and other large ships come right past and it's not far of a walk to the main beach area and Pleasure Beach and was nice and quiet for our stay. Hard to fault the hotel in general. Breakfast was very nice as well. Staff were friendly. The rooms were roomy and looked nice but unfortunately the pieces didn't add up to what I had hoped for. "The location is excellent but a lot of traffic noise. The hotel staff are very good and friendly. Food is mediocre. The worst part is simply the cleanliness of public areas. I’ve stayed there many times and despite pointing many things out (I didn’t even get an acknowledgement) lots of areas are filthy. A good example is the window ledge on the main staircase. It’s covered in dust, dead flies and cobwebs. What is disappointing is that all these areas could be cleaned in minutes with a vacuum and...

"Well I was absolutely speechless this hotels sat overlooking the beach of longsands easily walking and there’s lots of things to do the rooms are spotless the foods great I only wish I’d have brought my surfboards"
