Come and enjoy our relaxing beachfront condo remodeled with high end finishes in a unique open space style. The property is located in A building, one step to Sapphire Beach and fifty steps to the ocean.

Open the sliders and it feels like you are on the water and the island of St. John is within reach. The island view is tremendous, not only of St. John, but also the British Virgin Islands and the boating activity of Pillsbury Sound. It is the perfect place to experience the best of St. Thomas. Come here and soak up the sun, the views, the serenity. Finally, you can just simply relax.

The majority of the furniture was purchased at Silk Greenery- the high end furniture store on the island. With the views, the beach, the water, the amenities, and the upgrades, you'd be hard pressed to find a better vacation value in St. Thomas than this. It truly is a magnificent place to be and we want to host you.

As per my communication thru VRBO (AFTER we got home) that the host "misrepresented" the listing, he agreed to amend it. He used the word "Washer" but the unit had none; he used the word "Luxury" which is ludicrous. My complaints included, but were not limited to: several of our electronic devices being ruined and unusable due to electrical sparks flying when we plugged them in and shorting them out! Thus, we were unable to use our phones when we needed them most--on departure day, which was a communication nightmare: airline check-ins, 2 airport arrivals, parking, shuttles, taxis, etc. The electrical in the unit is simply unsafe.Four light bulbs were out when we checked in. We uncovered a long black hair on the bedsheet. Some cabinet doors were hanging, unhinged. A few kitchen linens were filthy. The beach view was obstructed. Parts of the unit were shoddy and filthy.I understand the host had an emergency to attend during our stay, but these issues didn't happen overnight. Despite some 10 reviews, this unit has issues and is greatly overpriced. We did extend our stay 2 days, but it had nothing to do with the unit. Its saving grace was the pretty beach.The host wrote: "You are right. I could have done better. I travelled to California to be with my sister...My family emergency is not an excuse and I apologize for not meeting your expectations and losing your patronage. I will try harder for future guests."

The host is very friendly and replies in a timely manner. The correspondence prior to arrival is spot on, very easy to follow for check in and check out. The condo is very clean, excellent location in A building, just steps from Beach Buzz, Beach Bar, the boutique, and paradise PI. The condo is just steps from the beach as well. The pool at the condo is amazing as well. Will definitely stay here again, as this is my 3rd time to stay at this condo.

We had a great time in Sapphire Beach. The condo was just an explained. The amenities were all as described. Walk right out to the beach. The beach does get crowded when there are cruise ships in town but there is another very quiet beach down the road (Linquist). Red hook is also right down the road where there are great restaurants and small grocery store or you can take a ferry to St John’s. Thanks for a great vacation.

The couch is filthy, view from patio is of stacked beach chairs and garbage, welcome binder has not been updated since COVID. Internet (weak security) went out and I had to spend 3 hours waiting to get it fixed then owner wanted me to wait longer “while it was updated”.I’ve stayed in another unit in building 3 - 5 stars. Major issues. Cancel and find another before it’s too late.

The wrap-around porch, which is a selling point of this condo, is crowded with two large 4-person (each) high rise tables. Other than that, there are two flimsy plastic chairs to sit on. We would have loved to relax on the porch, enjoying views on the beach/ocean, but there was no way to do so. The porch furniture needs to be completely replaced with an outdoor loveseat or sofa (or SOMETHING) that allows guests to sit and read or chat and relax. Inside the condo was very well equipped, although again the furnishings were kind of rough around the edges. The location at ground level allows for walk-out to the beach access, although some might prefer a higher level to enjoy the views.

Very nice place. Great snorkeling on Sappho Beach. Close to everything. Only issue was the wild roosters who sounded off right outside our condo starting at 430am. The restaurant right next to condo feeds them. Part of STT island life.

The owner was very communicative with check in and out process. Very welcoming. Upon arrival the condo was very clean, the location is superb, literally steps away for the beach bar/coffee buzz/paradise Pi, and the boutique. The view from the back patio is amazing, very relaxed. Couldn’t ask for better accommodations. Amenities were top notch, the pool is great. Love sapphire beach and the condos. This particular one is excellent. 2nd time to stay at this condo and plan on returning.

I needed the perfect spot to stay to visit my son. My brother joined me for his first trip to the island. Totally impressed with our stay. Our host was friendly, efficient, and answered any questions we had immediately. Our condo was spotless and a beautiful gem. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location at Sapphire Beach was awesome as well. We were huge fans of the infinity pool, the band, the shops and the restaurant offerings and bar offerings right outside our condo. The scenery is beautiful. The location is perfect. Local to everything we needed. The security was top notch. Parking was right at our door. The beach staff was exemplary and accommodated us in whatever we needed. Red Hook is a hop, skip and a jump away! We would absolutely stay again! Thank you for such an amazing adventure!

Overall had a wonderful stay! Close to lots to see, direct access to the beach allows for sunrise and sunset beverages in a beach chair. Kitchen is well stocked. The place feels very comfortable, and was just the spot we needed for exploring the islands.

Great Condo on the Beach

This is a great location right on the beach next to restaurants and a bar. Check in and out are simple, and it’s a quiet spot once the sun goes down. Easy access to the Red Hook ferry to get to St. John

Direct Beach Access. Beach Chairs. Pool Access. Magical.

This experience was wonderful. Ground level unit allowed for direct walk-out to beach access. Made it easy to come and go. Grab drinks or snacks. Beach bar with live music if you need it. Great snorkeling off two different reefs directly accessible from the beach. Post-card worthy views. Easy access to St. John's through Sapphire beach harbor OR making your way to Red Hook and parking in public pay lot there. Would definitely stay here again. Much cheaper than hotels that seem to be subpar from reviews.
