Immaculate & completely renovated 4 bed/3.5 bath Home with Private Pool

Welcome to your home away from home at Milly's by the Sea!

St. Simons south-end cottage with a private pool and hot tub! Built in 1954, this cottage has been completely remodeled all the way down to the bare foundation. Beautifully decorated, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath cottage has been appointed with all of the comforts and amenities that make for a great vacation getaway! The open and comfortable living and dining areas make for the perfect gathering spot, while the open and spacious kitchen is a cook's dream with stainless steel appliances and an enormous island with plenty of seating. You will have all you need to prepare meals and entertain just the way you do for family and friends at home. The dining table seats 4 with 6 additional seats at the island. Located off the side door, you'll find a perfect little covered patio - perfect for your morning coffee.

The den features a large wall-mount smart TV with Roku streaming and plenty of restful seating. Enjoy the subtle island décor in this area and throughout the house! Down the hallway, you will find a full bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combination. It's in the perfect spot to be shared by the 'bunk room' and the guest bedroom! The first bedroom has a set of full bunk beds and an individual twin bed. This bedroom, like all of the bedrooms, has a great wall-mount Smart TV. Down farther on your right, you'll find a comfy new queen bed.

On the other side of the hallway lies master bedroom number one - with a king bed, wall-mount Smart TV and en-suite bath featuring a walk-in shower. Once you retreat towards the back of the house, you will see a very inviting back den with la-z-boys and all! Perfect spot for an early evening nap after a full day on the beach! A few more steps approaching the back yard - a wonderful light-filled sunroom.

Just off the bonus den and down the hall, there's a 1/2 bath for guests as well as a laundry room with a stackable washer/dryer unit. The main event is the Master Suite - located on your left. The large master bedroom features a king bed along with an extra daybed with trundle. You will love the en-suite bath with dual vanities and a large walk-in shower. We have saved the best for last. Firepit? Pergola? Swimming Pool? Hot tub? This house has ALL of your outdoor happenings just waiting for you! Your family will absolute adore spending time together in this back yard! So much to do, so close to everything!

This pristine property is just a short bike ride to the nearest public beach access and to the St. Simons Pier Village area. Make sure you stop at the St. Simons historic Lighthouse or fish off our famous pier!

Amazing family stay

Loved Milly by the Sea! Lots of space, great kitchen, and comfortable beds. All on one level was great for my MIL who has mobility issues. Able to walk to many shops and restaurants. Also, plenty of parking!

We had an amazing stay! The check in and out process was easy. The house was so comfortable and cute, great location, felt safe, and suited our needs well! The kitchen could have been a little more stocked with cups/plates/mugs/untensils etc, but overall we had everything we needed as a group of 10.

Perfect for our Family

The house was just what we needed. Plenty of open spaces that gave us the ability to give our grandchildren their own space to play games, etc., while giving the adults room to have conversations. The primary bedroom was very spacious and totally private from the rest of the bedrooms. The pool was just the right size to cool off and to keep a close watch on young swimmers. Having everything on 1 level and ground entry was very nice after renting a property a couple of years ago that had way too many steps. The island in the kitchen was very large and would accommodate 6 adults easily, while still providing space for all the vacation stuff that seems to accumulate. We would highly recommend this property for a 10 member family such as ours.

Family Vacation

The house was absolutely perfect. Fantastic layout and parking for house was great. We had our truck with trailer attached for our golf cart along with a car and we had plenty of room to park. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Got to fully enjoy the house with grill and fire pit too. We will for sure come back!!!
