The main living level consists of the kitchen, dining room and living room with a half bath downstairs. This level has an open floor plan where the kitchen, living room and dining room all flow together. The kitchen has a small breakfast table that provides seating for fouor and a beautiful dining room with room for 8! There is plenty of seating for your whole family to enjoy a game night!

Going up to the second floor you will find a master bedroom with a king bed with en-suite with tub/shower combination. You'll love the private deck area off the master. There is also a second bedroom with queen bedding. There is a second full-size bath with tub/shower combination located in the hallway. From this 2nd floor hallway, you can access the newly constructed deck overlooking the marsh and enjoy spectacular sunset views.
