"Listing was true to wording. I love that they sent a video of how to find the condo to make it easier on us. Pool was nice 3ft to 6ft and gym had some decent equipment. I did rent the bikes but wasn't able to use them, felt like the road close was to busy to ride any bikes to get to any stores. But I am from the country so people who are city like would probably be more comfortable with it. Place was clean and smelled good. "The home was beautiful and immaculate! We loved the beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and the rest of the amenities this place came with. Having the pool was a bonus! We would love to come back and stay at this home again! At Simons Island is so special."

"Booked this condo for my teenage daughter and I to have a mother/daughter wknd. It was perfect! Had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach as well as walking distance to the rooftop restaurant nearby and the King and Prince. Loved the covered parking."

"Getaway for the family beautiful house with great character local to everything. Having beach stuff on site perfect. Enjoyed many bike rides around town and to restraunts. This house has everthing you need and hosts are responsive to messages. Thanks for a great vacation "

"Overall everything was great. The ice maker needs to be repaired. Having it work would have been nice. It was an exceptional value! We were pleased. We had to repair a leak on the kitchen sink drain and we also cleaned a couple of spots (we did not make) on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. The arm on one of the living room chairs is also broken. It was hanging off the side of the chair when we arrived."

"Great location if your main attraction is the beach! The beach is walking distance from the house. There are popular local restaurants just walking distance from the house as well. The house has another connected to it. We had a neighbor, but NEVER heard them. The kitchen has what you need on vacation. The laundry room has laundry soap and dryer sheets. The king size bed was amazing and very comfortable!!! I slept like a rock! Saint Simon’s is a very nice place to stay if you’re looking for...

"We came for a quick 3 days trip, and brought our yellow lab with us. This place was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything, and it’s clear the owner/manager knows how to accommodate. There are games for family, toy basket for dogs, chargers everywhere for phones, and even a coffee bar. We would definitely stay here again. Much better and cheaper than hotel options around there."
