I was given a room at the back of the resort, bottom floor. #503 When I checked in that afternoon, it sounded like some construction was going on above me. I did not think anything of it since it was daytime. When I returned to my room that night, the noise above me was unbearable and the faucet to the shower/tub was broken. I informed the front desk twice. They were sending maintenance for the facet and warned the people above me. The noise did not stop. I had to immediately check out and find a new hotel. I am requesting a refund for the money I had to pay upfront for 2 nights. I informed the hotel front desk twice and they apologized and told me when I went to check out that it was the kids above me and they had warned them several times but the noise did not stop. The hotel told me to inform Hotels.com for my refund and they indicate the situation on my reservation.
