Nuestras casas de playa se encuentra en medio de exuberantes paisajes tropicales. The Yachtsman se siente como tu propia casa en la playa! Es una casa de campo independiente de una historia. Es frente a la playa, abierto, espacioso y decorado de forma náutica con hermosas vistas al océano y al atardecer desde la cocina y los espacios de estar. 2 dormitorios, 1 baño con cocina completa, mesa de comedor para 6 personas, sala de estar grande con espacio suficiente para el entretenimiento, sofá cama Queen con colchón de gel de memoria en espacio de estar adicional, con una puerta que conduce a su propio patio con adoquines que dan a la Golfo. En su patio privado encontrará un juego de comedor para 6 personas y un toldo retráctil. Las dos habitaciones cuentan con una cama doble con colchón lujoso y ropa de cama de Tommy Bahama. El baño tiene una ducha de pie. Esta unidad tiene capacidad para 6. La casa fue construida en los años 50 y aunque ha sido renovada, aún conserva ese gran encanto de Florida con hermosos techos de madera y detalles empotrados.

The Yachtsman provided the best water view and beach access, hands down. Host was thorough and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire stay. And to our surprise, the kitchen and bathroom were renovated since the pictures. Would love to come back!

It's a very nice cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a most excellent view and short walk to the beach. Sitting on the shaded patio overlooking the water was so nice. We were impressed with all the amenities. The kitchen had the most thorough set of utensils for cooking just about anything you'd want. The only thing that might be an issue is the smaller shower. If you're a big guy and/or oversized, it might feel a little tight, but still doable. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent.

This place was perfect for our family of three. The pool was shared with the other cottages but the other families were nice and appropriate with sharing. The cottage was clean and just perfect. We loved the location. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Delivery service for food worked out well too.

Very cute beach cottage! Location is amazing and right on the beach. So nice to have private patio that leads to beach. Cottage is small and bathroom is very small. Property is maintained well outside. Had a wonderful visit with family!

Paradise

Had a great time with my husband at this property! The views are amazing, and the beach is quiet and relaxing. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian had other plans. The management company was amazing. They let us shift our reservation so we got a day and a half before evacuation orders were issued. They were very understanding, and issued a refund for the rest of our trip. We will book again!

Wonderful location, charming cottage

The location of this cottage in proximity to the beach couldn't be beat. The cottage was cute and charming, although there were a few things that could use some attention... the tattered chair, the blinds weren't working, and the shower wasn't draining properly, and some noisy fans. But overall we very much enjoyed our stay there, and plan to return next year. We had a very short walk through the dunes to get to the beach, which was amazing. The back patio area was really nice to have. The landscaping was so pretty, and clever in the way it provided privacy where needed. The pool was about the size of an average backyard pool, and it was very clean and refreshing. There were lots of sand toys that the kids could use. The kitchen was well stocked with tools, and dishes, although a larger frying pan would've been nice. I think that's all I've got to say!

Located right on the beach

My family and I had a great time here. We spent most of our time in the ocean, at the pool, or getting food from the restaurants across the street. I loved how clear the gulf water is and how far out you can walk in the water. Regarding the pool, even though it was small and shared with occupants of the other cottages at this location, it still was big enough for my two 8-year old twins and another couple's three boys ranging in ages of 10 - 15 to enjoy themselves. It's depth was between 3 and 4 feet. We ate every night at VIP Mexican restaurant directly across the street. A couple of nights we picked up our food to go and a couple of nights we ate at the restaurant. All of the tacos were tasty and I especially loved the shrimp tacos. We also ate at JD's bar and grill for lunch which was directly south of the other restaurant. Both times we ate there, they had live music being played which was enjoyable to listen to. We also got dessert at a local ice cream shop that was five short blocks away so we walked to it both times we went. The shop boasts 140 different flavors and they definitely had a lot. This was a favorite stop for my entire family.

Awesome location and very relaxing. Just steps away to the beach.

Wroth the money we paid. We have our private patio. It was easy for us and my son. We just bring beach towels to the beach and when my son hungry, we just walk back to the bungalow just took us for two second. The bathroom is very outdated needs some work to do. The cleaning lady didn't wash or change the pillow and bath sheets in the master bedroom. I can smell very strong someone else body odor definitely wasn't mine or my husband or my son. We had to do the laundry. I thought that was part of the cleaning fee. Otherwise we love the location.

Perfect beachfront property

A great little bungalow right on the beach. The town wasn’t busy and there are plenty of places within walking distance to get food and drinks. There was a great local crowd as well. The beach is just steps away and it was never crowded. The house provided everything we need to spend time at the beach.

Location is incredible!

Location is great! You cannot beat it. But the actual accommodations are a bit… tired. The beds are doubles and wrapped in plastic. The linens don’t fit the beds and they are beyond worn out. The shower head actually broke off when my husband moved it to get some head clearance. After that, the rest of us showered with a hose or outside until the plumber came to fix it. I was prepared for “rustic” but not that rustic. The heater from the pool next door runs all night and the cars light up the bedrooms when they park next door. Bottom line, it’s not a “relax and chill” type of place.

Enjoyed our ocean front stay!

This is a great place, right on the beach. We were looking for a single story because my Mom doesn't do stairs well and this was the oeefect place. It was well stocked for doing meals if you wanted. There are lots of outside chairs for lounging. We enjoyed aving the retractable awning on the patio also. There's also a heated pool. While it's a shared property with other cottages behind the one facing the Gulf, there was no problem with the other renters. Quick and friendly communication with the owners. Lots if good restaurants nearby I definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely perfect!!!

Everything about our stay was amazing. The check in and check out process was extremely easy. The Yachtsman was the perfect beach house for our family. My husband and I had our 2 year old son and everything was perfect for him as well. It was wonderful to just open the back door and walk out into the sand. Our back patio was definitely put to great use as well. Very large and spacious! The location is great so all kinds of stuff! We were able to walk to a large handful of restaurants and convenient stores! We are already talking about when we can come back to this spot!!!! Thank you so much for making our vacation perfect with this beach house!

Beautiful view.

Pros- Amazong view. Comfortable beds. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Cons- Shower is small. The washer & dryer are located in a separate area that everyone shares. There is just one. So you have to catch them at the right time. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We got used to the cons. We came home a day early due to the red tide getting worse.. We will use them in the future.
