San Remo resort is directly on Madeira Beach in Redington Shores Florida. Drive up and down Gulf Blvd. for restaurants, bars, shopping, and more. The seabird sanctuary is next door and a great place to view local rescued seabirds. This area is typical of a Florida beach community, expect sun, beaches, and relaxation.

Bring a vehicle for easy exploration. If you don't have one, ride-sharing services are readily available such as Uber, Lyft, and Taxi services. Food delivery services are also readily available such as Uber Eats and Door Dash.
The Host Services/Reservation Contract is effective and fully enforceable at the time the reservation is confirmed. All guests additionally agree to all House Rules. All Rules are strictly enforced clauses of the Host Services/Reservation Contract. See Airbnb Terms and Conditions 2.2 (Guest Terms). In addition to all other terms and rules, the following House Rules apply to all reservations:

-Identification and signed rental agreement required for check-in.
-The booking age limit is 25 and the booking individual must be present for the reservation.
-No pets.
-No Smoking
-Maximum occupancy of 6 people.
-Quiet Time 10:00pm-7:00am per city ordinance
-2 vehicles max, no boats, RVs, trailers, motorcycles, or commercial vehicles.
-Do not park underneath the building in designated owner parking spaces.
-BnB Pro Host is not responsible for towed vehicles or towing costs.
-Parking passes required to be displayed on vehicle dashboard.
-No unapproved visitors or guests inside the condo or on San Remo Property.
-Do not block or obstruct security cameras.
-Do not unplug Wi-Fi or home monitoring devices.
-Report any damages, water leaks, or issues immediately upon check-in, or when issues occur.
-Follow San Remo Resort rules.
-No hanging towels or clothing on balcony railings.
-No grilling on balconies.
-Do not add, move, or remove furniture.
-Do not sit on furniture while wet.
-No sunscreen or oils in the beds. Sunscreen oil stains the sheets and they will need to be replaced.
-Keep balcony sliding glass doors closed after entering or exiting the patio.
-Return the Air conditioning to 74 upon checkout.
-Keep Air conditioning fan mode set to "auto".
-Place all trash in bags and into appropriate trash bins upon checkout.
-Wash all dirty dishes or place inside dishwasher and start the cycle upon checkout.

Any violation of the house rules will result in a $500 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit. In addition to the fees and forfeiture, a Violation may also result in cancellation of the Host Services/Reservation Contract. A cancellation of the Host Services/Reservation Contract means the Guest is no longer a guest and must vacate the property immediately. This cancellation will not result in a refund of any unused portion of the reservation. The Host, or his agent, will notify you by message in your inbox with instructions to vacate the property and such other instructions as may be necessary. These instructions to vacate the property shall be enforced through notification to local law enforcement that your invitation and guest reservation has been cancelled. Your continued presence on the property after this notification may result in civil and/or criminal penalties. See Chapter 810, Florida Statutes. Once your invitation and guest reservation has been cancelled and you have been notified to vacate the property, local law enforcement may forcibly remove you, charge you with a crime, arrest you, or give you a notice to appear in court for trespassing.

Family vacation 2025

We had a great vacation with all the home amenities! We have 2 small children so cleanliness and accessibility is very important. It had everything we needed and the entire family was able to have fun and enjoy the vacation experience. The condo is has plenty of space for a large family to not be crowded. For us the best was the master room was large enough to accommodate 2 pack-n-plays plus everything else pictured in the room! Easy access to pool and beach. We loved the convenience of the beach umbrella and chairs already at the condo! Overall we had an amazing time. Highly recommend from a family of 5!

The condo was nice the beach was beautiful i stayed for 11 days with my family the down side was there was a lot of drunk people at the pool and a guy grabbed my teenage daughter and then when my flight got delayed they wanted me to pay a ton of money to stay an extra 2 hours check out is at 10am otherwise the condo is beautiful but i wont stay again

We had the best time ever and really enjoyed the easy accessibility to the beach. We were happy to find beach chairs and items in the home to use on the beach. Checkin was very very easy, property manager was very nice. We will be back next year!

Worst VRBO ever

Soooo…. The place smells of mold! The owner left a white noise machine in the bedroom due to the bird sanctuary next door that kept our kids awake. Speaking of… you cannot sit outside because it smells like bird poop… you also don’t want to sit inside due to the cockroach infestation… not sure I’d wish this place on my worst enemy… oh and did I mention the mold, stench, noise and standing water in the bathroom?!? Horrible and would not recommend to anyone!

Great Place!!

My family and I had a wonderful week at this property. We were in Unit 303 and it had everything we needed. Check in went super smooth, and they even let us check in an hour early due to us getting there early. The pool was very nice. It had lots of chairs and very friendly people. We made lots of new friends! Definitely would stay again. Very close to restaurants/bars, shopping, and grocery store.

Needs attention

TV in master room volume went in and out while watching. Living room tv no cable so had to watch Netflix or other streaming service which was slow and choppy. Towels where old and hard. Floors had not properly cleaned from previous guest. Couches and chair were old and worn out so when sitting it felt like you where in a hole. Recliner did not recline/broken. Trash was in silverware drawers so cleaniness could be better for fee paid for each visit. Customer asked to start towels and take trash out. Also not letting guest enjoy the pool after dusk is not sufficient a time of 9:30 or 10 is more appropriate. While non resident guest are at the pool, drinking, foul language a better system of getting in pool area is needed.
