READ BEFORE BOOKING: Due to ongoing construction, the balcony and pool may be out of order. However, building management is providing guests access to the beautiful pool at the Edge Hotel next door. The Edge Hotel also features a rooftop bar, a restaurant, two pools, and breathtaking direct water views for stunning sunsets. Balcony may be closed! Update: 2/8/2025

WELCOME HOME! Be greeted by this luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the North side of Clearwater Beach. The bright and airy living area is perfect for kicking off your shoes after a long day at the beach or poolside -Approx 1186 sq ft., it comfortably sleeps 4 to 6 people.

This condo is an excellent floor plan with the master suite on one side and the guest bedroom and bath on the other. The master suite has a king-size bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The guest room has two double-size beds.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your family and friends, including a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all necessary cookware and serving pieces. Or take advantage of the many restaurants within walking distance of our condo.

After a long day of fun in the sun, relax on your private balcony with a glass of wine or cup of coffee and enjoy the magnificent views of The Gulf of Mexico.

This condo is northernly located on Clearwater Beach within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and activities. Pier 60 is just a short walk away, where you can enjoy the nightly sunset celebrations, entertainment, craft vendors, and more.

Additional amenities include a washer/dryer in the condo, wireless internet 'wifi', elevator.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our condos or homes.
The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Monthly Minimum Rentals. 'No Broken Months allowed'
No Smoking.
No Pets. 'Strictly enforced by the Condo Association'
No Parties.
No Trailers.
No cooking food that creates an unpleasant living environment for other tenants.
No candles

There is enough room in the nightstands and dressers to unpack your clothes.
Plenty of closet space too.
Lighting in the room allows ample light for reading, or you can sit back and watch TV on the Flat Screen mounted on the bedroom wall.
On suite bathroom has a vanity area separate from the bathroom and floor-to-ceiling tile in the standup shower.
The Second bedroom - sleeps 2
Two-twin beds, plenty of closet space, and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall.
The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Gulf Front Balcony Water View - Enjoy the breathtaking views on your own private balcony that

overlooks the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Sand Key Island, and Clearwater Pass and Pool.

The view from the balcony is a great place to watch dolphins, manatees, and boats move about on the water.
