This privately owned 2-bedroom, 2-bath residence is located on the 7th floor and features stunning Gulf of Mexico views from your private balcony — accessible from both bedrooms and the living room. The unit comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and offers a more secluded stretch of pristine white sand beach, away from the typical crowds.

Enjoy resort-style amenities including the rooftop heated pool and hot tub (11th floor), fitness center, spa, on-site restaurants and bars, Kids’ Club, conference room, and two ballrooms (perfect for weddings and events). The daily resort fee includes up to 4 hours of bike rentals per day, two beach/pool loungers with an umbrella, and more (additional charges apply for extended bike use or damage).

To help you settle in, we provide a starter set of essentials, including:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink

You’ll also receive one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per guest, based on the home’s maximum occupancy.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, AND YOU ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check-in is any time after 4 PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and we will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no-refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not make anyone an exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Because we have a high amount of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check-in. Check-in is at 4 PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which ensures the guest's instructions will auto-send at 3 PM on the day of arrival.

It's excessively loud starting at 8 am due to repairs scheduled for next unit on Wednesday, 1/7/26. We're over 70 and cannot rest adequately after a busy previous days of excessive activities have left us with headaches and fatigue, necessitating an early get out . Our experience staying in this very old building has been very inconvenient Lack of refill small basic needs: hair shampoo & conditioner & hand toơer paper ! Not happy to stay in ! Do not want to come back .

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! It was impressively spacious, creating an ideal setting for our girls' trip. The highlights of our trip were Sebastian, Dominic, and Rachel—three exceptional employees who truly master hospitality. With their attentive service and warm personalities, they went above and beyond to make our stay special and unforgettable. I sincerely hope the JW recognizes the value they bring to the resort. As someone who usually stays at Marriotts for their consistently high customer service and welcoming environment, I must say these employees were a big part of my positive experience here. Their efforts alone have motivated me to recommend this resort to others, and I cannot emphasize enough how much they made our trip. I wish I had gotten the name of the lovely girl working at the coffee shop on the evening of the 16th; she was truly wonderful. All of the guys at the valet were friendly and fun. The resort is aesthetically beautiful and relaxing. Well done, JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa! You have gained several new visitors who will return yearly. This has become our new Clearwater vacation spot.

Great views of dolphins and Manatees

The hotel is nice and the beach is quaint and the service out there is great. Our unit was nice and big and loved the big patio to watch dolphins and manatees swim by nonstop! The spa was amazing and an incredible massage there!

Nice place but Pool closed too many days

We stayed here and would like to say that all was gorgeous and perfect but the property closed the pool 4 out of 7 days and we could not use it due to private events. Many pool closings due to private events 4 out of 6 days. We moved to the beachfront and they were half closed prepping the beach with bobcats for 2 whole days for a weekend wedding. I feel that is not not why we paid what we did to stay in this rental. Lots of noise from constant bobcats bringing in new sand to the beach kind of ruins the mood.

Beautiful view, great location, excellent property

There was nothing to not like about this property. The staff were very curtious and helpful. The condo was well stocked, perfectly clean and comfortable. My wife and daughter enjoyed the on premises Spa and my son and I enjoyed the gym. We did a short 3-night stay after a stay in Orlando just to get some beach time in. Although weather was cold it was still relaxing. Thank you!

Best of both worlds.

We enjoyed *most* of the perks of the Marriott while still having our own space. We loved the pool and beach, restaurant options and services. Not typical of VRBO(s). Or we could creatively cook using the microwave. :) staff at the Marriott is excellent. Walked around town that is working hard to recover from hurricane Helene. Would def stay again. Thanks.

The staff were amazing , condo was very spacious, nothing can compare to their sunsets!!
