Aspectos positivos: Limpieza
The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and stocked with what was needed for our trip. If we could move the apartment to another location would happily stay again!The only negatives regarding the apartment and host, was that there were no patio furniture to use, and the check in process was not the best. Check-in stated at 5, which is later than anything I’ve ever experienced before, and the pass code to was not sent to us until 5:15. The communication was not reliable at that time and the number listed to call the host would not go through. Also, there was a ton of back and forth regarding where we should actually park. The issues we had with the building was the worst of all, which is not the hosts fault. The 2 gates did not work, so the card was useless for having to wait for the guess check in process to receive the gate card. Even after hours neither gate closed. The pool area did look nice and clean, but the surrounding area was full of dog poop and trash. As soon as you walk into the building it smells and is very rundown. There is broken pieces in the elevator, and the carpet is disgusting, we literally saw an owner let their dog out into the hallway and go pee. It’s hard to judge the host of the location which was not the best area and how the building is maintained, but you have to go through all this to get to the apartment itself. Which I want to reiterate was clean and comfortable.
