"Rooms are really small, TV looked to be at least 20 years old. Water is lukewarm at best. AC is a portable window unit that runs 24/7 to maintain 70 degrees and it is very loud. Back up alarms on trucks from the nearby industrial area start at 4am every morning. Free parking is the one nice perk but other than that I would not recommend."

"Found out the day we arrived that the air conditioning was not working. It was too late to find another room after flying and we were exhausted. They didn’t offer fans so I had to purchase two. Luckily, there was a target right across the street. Also we had a leak in our tub and had to kill a few bugs/roaches. The location alone was the saving grace. It is in the heart of Waikīkī, close to great shopping, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. I just wish they would have offered some type...

Front desk seem very unorganized over charged us for parking 12days when we only had a car for 3 days
Extremely noisy walls ,are very thin doors banging all hours they put us in room 1530 right by the service elevator so housekeeping banging the door walls very early in the morning...

"All rooms had an ocean view. Very spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were close to the rest of our party who had booked separately. Even though it was busy the design of the towers made it not feel crowded at all. The pools were perfect with amazing sunsets! We were within a very short walk you our outstanding back to back Pink Sails turtle snorkeling and then coming off one of their boats to hop on another one to go on a whale watching tour. The hotel...

"The property was nice . However I was disappointed that the TVs were outdated . They should be smart TVs . The pillows were very uncomfortable . The toilet was leaking for 2 nights . The atmosphere was excellent. Lots of restaurants, pools . We stayed at the diamond area . The lua was awesome but not for $800 for the 4 of us . We had to pay for the Leigh’s and photos too ."
