"Multiple elevators to our floor were out-of-service. Had to walk down 20 floors the first day after waiting for an elevator for 20 minutes. Not a great inconvenience, but not ideal when you are sharing basically ONE elevator serving 20 FLOORS. Got better by day two and fixed by day three. Of course they sent out a mass texted apology but that and three bucks gets me a coffee from Wawa. Refund for night one would be great but not holding my breath."

The room we reserved was hot as a sauna A.C. wasnt working. it was 90 degrees outside that day so you can imagine how hot it was in the room maintenance was notified. Not worth the price and definitely not recommended."

"Air conditioning sucked there. Were stains on the sheets they lied about having a fitness center was only there 3 hours and wanted to leave but couldn’t because they wouldn’t give me a refund. The phone in the room didn’t work none of the ice machines worked but the one on the first floor. The breakfast was so gross the waffle was dry and flavorless and the juice was so water down not funny. They had bugs crawling around."
