"I've stayed here 2x just due to the water park being on the property. However, front desk person had an attitude during check-in (don't know why) i literally changed front desk person because I'm not dealing with it on MY vacation. Roons are dated and there's lots of fees added to my pre bought room, maybe resort fee per day. Overall i stay here due to proximity of kids activities but really thinking ill stay at either hotels next door to waterpark"

"Everything run down, staff didn’t even know about the boat race going on over the weekend, I’m 7 months pregnant and was charged a $5 cover on a Sunday to go in to the beach bar to use the bathroom when on Friday I was able to go in for free. Mind you, my husband and I spent money at their bar/restaraunt. We weren’t allowed to use the rooftop bar the day of checkout."

"I wasnt expecting much for the price compared to other hotels in the area and I've stayed in worse, it was outdated with minimal amenities, at least the mini fridge kept our drinks cold and we had a place to crash for the night. If you're looking for "nice" spend the extra and pick another hotel, if you're looking for a place to sleep and dont care that much then this is one of the cheaper options. Parking is good for compact cars not trucks or full size suvs"
