The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean, and the staff consistently provided warm, attentive service especially their help with valet, room service and navigating the hotel. The location is ideal - just steps from the pier and surrounded with a lot of dining options. "My family and I stood at the Sheraton to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean hallways and the rooms were all super clean. No odor. The best of all was that the hotel is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dogs and its literally around the corner from the outlets. We will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends and family."

"The room was clean and a nice size with a kitchen area. The ocean view from the room was also nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved how easy it was to get to the boardwalk, unlike the others casinos where you have to weave through the casino, this hotel was literally a few steps and you’re on the boardwalk. The only huge issue was the elevators. They are extremely slow and you’ll be waiting forever to get one."

"I wasnt expecting much for the price compared to other hotels in the area and I've stayed in worse, it was outdated with minimal amenities, at least the mini fridge kept our drinks cold and we had a place to crash for the night. If you're looking for "nice" spend the extra and pick another hotel, if you're looking for a place to sleep and dont care that much then this is one of the cheaper options. Parking is good for compact cars not trucks or full size suvs"
