Bring your own towels because the ones they have are cardboard/exfoliant towels. Pillows are definitely flat so you may need your own pillow too.

Sliding door opened to a stair well, why? So had to keep curtain closed which made the room darker. You could hear every bit of noise from nearby rooms, the toilets flushing, tv, people talking and door opening. Totally noisy rooms

Beautiful rooms, a touch Victorian in appearance but exudes elegance overall. Large and can accomodate a family easily. Property is large and close to many shopping places. Overall I would highly recommend.
