"Our whole family gathering really enjoyed this great home! The house is very spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was perfect to walk to the beach or Sunset lake. The backyard had 2 nice picnic tables where we had several family dinners together. It was a practical and comfort home for our vacation! "

"What a lovely condo! My husband and I rented at the very last minute for our anniversary and had a lovely time, despite the Nor’easter that came crashing through! The pool was closed for the season, so I can’t comment. The double bed in the master is super cute and cozy! There is hand soap, dish soap, & dishwasher detergent, but no toiletries so pack those. The fridge is large and there is a 2 burner stove. There is no coffee grinder but there is a coffee maker. Kevin was lovely to chat with and...

"The host was helpful and quick to respond. Very easy process from check in and the place had everything we needed. Perfect location and was just the cozy place the family needed for a couple days at the shore. Pool was clean and fun too! Would recommend to anyone and even stay again. "

"This place is all it is advertised to be! A clean and well appointed first floor, with fabulously communicative hosts! The access to the beach cannot be beat and the nearby ice cream shop made for a nice evening event! We had to cut our stay short due to rain and flooding forecasted, and the owners were very sympathetic and caring about our safety. We would certainly return and hope for better weather next time! "

"Beautiful place to stay. I will be staying at the Lokal again. Short walk to beach, stores, restaurants....perfect location. If we needed anything, just a text away. Place was clean and I especially loved the heated pool. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Washer and dryer was a plus. We stayed with 5 people and having two bathrooms was a dream come true:) Thank you for a nice time away. "
