"Perfect 2 bed 1 bath within walking distance of downtown! It's a guest house on a lot with a bigger house, but it still was separate and very private. The space was clean, and instructions clear for check in and check out. Finding the back alley for parking was a little tricky, but not bad. There was only one parking spot for this unit that I could tell, but our other guests who stayed with us left their car in the downtown city parking garage for the weekend since you only have to pay to enter...

"This apartment was nothing like what was advertised. Upon arrival, the place was dirty and had a strong cigarette smell, which made it very uncomfortable to stay there. The bed linens were dirty and unusable, forcing us to go out and buy new bedding ourselves. This is completely unacceptable for a rental property. There was a total lack of proper cleaning and attention to basic hygiene. Because of the cleanliness issues and the misleading description, I do not recommend this place."

They were very helpful and kind in moving us to another location: They communicated with us very well. Super friendly. The property we were moved too was so adorable, and while slightly loud due to location, we couldn't have been more happy.
