"Property was just what we were looking for. Needed a simple one night stay for a youth duck hunt on the lake. Clean and cozy. We will definitely be booking again for a few nights to come up and catfish. This place has ample room for boats and has a fish cleaning station. Loved it. Also host was very responsive and helpful. "The host surprised me with some pancake mix and syrup for my stay, and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay! The house was spotless, and the bed was super comfy! She even had a little sound device to help you fall asleep, if needed. I stayed for a couple of days to do some writing, and the setting was perfect. It was so peaceful. "Very nice home! Pictures are as advertised and the home was very clean. The area surrounding the home is dilapidated, however, the home is very nice. The only two issues with the house are 1) the walls are very thin and you can hear the road noise and every step the people above take very clearly. 2) there is an issue with the municipal pipes of the town and my last night of the stay the water in the shower and bathroom sink was coming out yellow. Overall a very nice option in this small town."

"This was a 1-night stop over for us, on the way to Florida. Unfortunately, we only had saltwater poles, or we would have loved to try our luck at fishing the lake. Fish were popping the water everywhere. We really enjoyed watching the gators cruising the lake as well! 1st for us. This was just a simple, no frills campground, but would love to ho back one day. Lodge was clean, and enjoyed sitting on the quiet back deck."
