The Modern Moon Child: This updated, large, oceanfront 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located 8 miles from beautiful downtown St. Augustine. Condo 203 has jaw-dropping ocean views, high-end travertine flooring, stunning granite countertops, a full laundry room, and premium hand-selected furnishings. It is located on the exquisite Crescent Beach, where the ocean air is clean, fresh, and healing, and in our opinion, some of the cleanest, most pristine stretches of beach on the East Coast.

Mike and Niki were excellent hosts. They respond quickly to messages and are very helpful. We spent a wonderful week plus, and the unit was clean with updated living room furniture- very cozy. It’s everything pictured and more. What a great location!

The best beach trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The views from the moment you walked in the door were breathtaking. The condo looked just like the pictures said it would. It was well stocked with towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils, and beach toys. Communication was great with the owner. We had one issue with the tv in one of the rooms not working but they had it fixed the same day. Would definitely give this condo and owners a 10/10.

Oceanfront condo

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, the view was better than anticipated, and pool was uncrowded. Many towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, full size washer and dryer and extra blankets were provided. We were delightes with our stay and cant wait to return.

Amazing view!

The view was amazing; easy access to the beach; condo well equipped and very clean. Beach is uncrowded and easy to walk, run and play on. Owners take pride in their vacation home and it shows. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation

My wife and I were very impressed with the condo because off its location, decor, cleanliness, and well equipped kitchen. The floor to ceiling windows gave a great view of the ocean and the sliders brought the ocean sound into the condo. Shopping, St Augustine, and restaurants are within 10 miles of the condo. The elevator and luggage carts made moving in and out very easy and grocery type carts made bringing groceries back to the condo very easy. The owners, Mike and Nikki went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. That is why we will be back next year. Although this unit was not available next year, Nikki came to us and showed us another unit which we immediately booked. Great service. We couldn't have had a better six weeks of vacation. Definitely 5 stars.

Perfect view!

This condo was perfect for our holiday break. The weather was cold so I wasn't able to walk on the beach as much as I'd like but the beach access was very convenient. This unit has plenty of room and everything you'd need in the kitchen and for the beach. I loved watching the dolphins play in the waves each morning and did I mention the view is perfect from the living room and the master bedroom!! We also enjoyed being on the quiet end of the beach, perfect location!

Great condo, good location

This was our second year to stay at the Sand Dollar but different units each time. This one was far superior to the first. Big, clean, and has everything you need. Beach towels, toys, and chairs, etc. The only complaint is the washer/dryer need to be serviced or replaced. The washer is extremely loud and the dryer hardly dries. They work, just not great! Otherwise, a great unit for a family vacation! The view can’t be beat!

Family Beach Vacation

This was a wonderful property with beautiful oceanfront views and easy beach access (and the beach was beautiful). We loved the spaciousness of the unit, which had plenty of room for our group of 5. It was very clean, well decorated, and tastefully decorated. It included a well-appointed kitchen and even had beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We will definitely be coming back!

Simply the best

This condo was one of the best condos we have ever stayed in. We simply loved it for a variety of reasons: 1. Gorgeous view. You can't beat the view of the ocean and right in front of the beach was a family of bunnies hopping around. 2.Great place for all ages. We had two children and 4 adults ranging in ages from 5 to 88. The complex has an elevator and accommodated my dad who was in a wheelchair. 3.The condo itself. The condo had 3 spacious bedrooms with the master having an amazing view of the ocean and of course, the bunnies. The condo was well-stocked and well-thought out. We frequently kept commenting on how much the owner thought about and anticipated what his guests needed. 4.The location was wonderful. This condo is close to St. Augustine but without the hassle of traffic. It is also close to Ft. Matanzas. Incidentally, you can go to that fort for free and the ferry to the fort is also free.

Fabulous view from beautiful condo!

My husband and I stayed 7 days in this beautiful condo! Check in was a breeze. The pictures accurately display the gorgeous floor to ceiling view of the Atlantic ocean and beach which is a short walk down the access stairs. During our time, in early May, the beach was never crowded and was quiet. The master bedroom is equipped with sliding doors so you can fall asleep listening to the sounds of the ocean. We also woke up to witness the beautiful sunrise from our bed. The spacious condo was immaculate and comfortable. The hosts has plenty of towels, some beach equipment, which we did not use, and useful kitchen supplies.. It was the best vacation home we have stayed in on a beach! The master bedroom bed is firm (I did adjust after a night or so) and the dining room chairs and patio chairs were hard and not comfortable for extended sitting. The large sectional sofa was very comfortable and we appreciated the nice touch of throw blankets to cuddle up with. We would without hesitation recommend this wonderful vacation condo and we would certainly return!

Taylors 2023 Trip

Everything about this place is wonderful we really enjoyed our week. The only suggestion I would say is to add block our curtains in the front bedrooms for darkness if wanted and a curtain on the right side of the big window in living room as my 77 year old mother stayed in the room while we went to the beach and the sun made it hard for her to see. Other than that absolutely Beautiful Thank you Nikki and Mike we will defiantly stay here again
