My spouse and I were in town for a wedding at the White Room. This location was perfect for that plus so many other attractions and great restaurants within walking distance. We were able to park the car in the back parking lot and walk everywhere. It was nice to relax in an apartment instead of a hotel room. We will definitely stay here again.

How can you beat parking at your front door. Apt. was terrific, new, clean, polished and right in the downtown area. Walk to the restaurants, shopping, and museums. Would love to stay there on my next visit from New Jersey

Great Property

Great little place for a couple, location was good. Would stay here again. Parking was a big plus, we left car at location and we were able to easily walk to a trolley stop or even downtown.

Historic St. Augustine

Great location and very clean and nice. Nice decor and comfortable. One small demerit for the window air conditioner and the noise they make. All in all we liked the stay and loved the location.

Great location!

Close to downtown-St Augustine Distillery and San Sebastian Winery. Walking distance to it all. Great communication with the manager-easy check in, on site parking. Great front and back decks to sit and people watch.

Great place

The place was very clean and had anything you could need. Great location and easy parking. Owners were very responsive and attentive. The unit is upstairs above a restaurant without an elevator that's something that may be important to some people.

Great weekend get away

Perfect location. Above Crave, a smoothie/sandwich restaurant, it was a short walk to the Ice Plant and St. Augustine Distillery. It was on the Old Trolley route as well. The apartment was clean and perfect for our get away weekend.

We felt immediately at home upon entering the property. Everything you would need for a short or long stay was available. It was plenty of room for us to spread out and the bed was comfortable. We were located only a few blocks from Flagler College, and a number of historic landmarks and restaurants. This was a good value for our travel dollar.

The cleaning person needs to do a better job, ensure utensils/kitchenware are available for those that like to cook, note on your listing that there is road noise, Work with Crave and have someone clean up the property.

Birthday Vacation

We stayed here from Thursday-Sunday. Getting in was easy and parking wasn’t an issue. Inside the unit was very clean and spacious. While we didn’t need a full kitchen, it’s still nice to have the option. Like another review had mentioned, we parked the car and pretty much walked everywhere that we wanted to go. Far enough away from downtown where it’s not super loud, but close enough to not need to drive. We would absolutely stay here again… and plan to.

Great location, cozy apartment

Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy to park and get to historic downtown St. Augustine. Also, there was a first aid kit in a kitchen drawer which was super thoughtful and turned out to come in handy! One issue not related to the apartment itself was that the entrance to the front exterior staircase was full of trash. Somebody might want to clean that up. Very handy being above the cafe, and there’s also a chocolate shop next door and a cafe with excellent coffee half a block away. Would definitely stay there again.

It was nice and clean. Everything worked. Not really happy that we were expected to wash dishes by hand and put them away. Would have been nice if we could have just put them in the dishwasher and turned it on. But that is a minor issue.

This is a lovely little apartment on the quieter side of St Augustine. It is within walking distance of restaurants, places of interest, St. George St., Flagler College. An ideal place to stay, you park your car in the lot behind the building and walk everywhere in town. You have to remember it is a college town so there is a little bit of street noise but nothing that would ruin a trip. The security touches are very nice utilizing access codes for entrance to the building and the apartment. Nice balcony to sit and people watch. Had all the amenities needed for a nice stay. Whenever I’m back I’ll definitely stay again! Great host communication too. I recommend going to Carmelo’s Italian restaurant a block away great food, wonderful people and it’s very easy to get to.
