    Indulge in the spa-like bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower with invigorating water pressure. Plush pool towels (and terry robes during spa season) await you in the bedroom closet, ensuring ultimate comfort during your stay.
    Step into your private backyard oasis, where a charming patio off the apartment invites you to dine al fresco at the four-person table or fire up the convenient gas grill. Take a refreshing dip in the secluded swimming pool, heated from April through October to a cozy 85 degrees, or relax in the large, heated spa (100 degrees) available from November through March.
    From November to March, enjoy a complimentary hot-tub spa session overlooking the lush gardens and pool with every stay. Additional spa sessions are available for a fee to cover fuel costs.

Our private escape was excellent. The amenities were beyond expectations and the hosts were helpful and generous. The Gardens and private pool were beautiful. If you're seeking peace in a fast paced world I would highly recommend this little Paradise. We will be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO property! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, but the highlight was definitely the pool. It was beautifully maintained and became the perfect place for us to relax and spend time together every day.The property had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation, and the hosts were responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The outdoor space felt private and peaceful, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the trip.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with an amazing pool!

Lovely Anastasia Island location with a beautifully landscaped property and just a walk over the bridge to Ole St Augustine.. David and Jed were wonderful hosts and took great care of us. Everything we could possibly need to completely enjoy our stay. We shall definitely return.

The two hosts were very helpful, welcoming and wonderful to have when we asked for advice or needed anything. The landscaping was amazing and everything was just what we needed! :) we would definitely visit again!

The hosts and property where outstanding and amazing. The hosts were warm and inviting and provided all sorts of knowledgeable information about the area along with all the small touches that made the property glamorous and relaxing. The home and landscaping was absolutely fantastic. The owners were very encouraging and helpful.

Great Stay - Highly Recommend

We had a great time during our stay. Property grounds were beautiful and our suite had everything you could possibly need. 15 min walk into town along a nice route. David was very welcoming and a great guy. Highly recommend if staying in St Augustine.

Paradise Found

This was such a wonderful stay. Dave & Jed were incredibly friendly and the property was so beautiful. The backyard oasis was a wonderful place to spend a day in the sun on our trip and was secluded. Would recommend to others and would stay again ourselves. Thanks again!

Beautiful backyard oasis

My husband and I had a lovely time at this property. It was close to town and also offered a beautiful backdrop for relaxation and rest. David and Jed were phenomenal hosts and very communicative. I would highly recommend this property and will certainly book again the next time we are in St. Augustine.

A Little Haven

Dave and Jed are wonderful! The place was perfect as our "base camp" to enjoy St. Augustine. Very clean and comfortable. The grounds are a little paradise! We looked forward to coming back there and enjoying the pool each day. Very nice place!! Loved it.

Paradise so close to the city

Me and my wife stayed 4 nights at this wonderful property. The accommodations were just right for us and the back yard was glorious with several areas to sit and get sun or shade and to relax between outings. A small pool and hot tub were nice and warm providing us respite from our Maine winter. The hosts were friendly an available, but kept to themselves. We would book this proprty again.

Felt like home

From the minute we booked our stay, and received a welcoming text from Dave&Jed, it was evident of how much love & care they put into their home. That care easily transfers to their guests, not missing a beat on providing everything from a spare toothbrush to excellent suggestions for activities and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back.

Relaxing Getaway

This was a beautiful property with excellent hosts. Dave and Jed were both very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and gave great recommendations on things to do around the area. The property was also very clean and well maintained and the pool was a great way to unwind after a day of activities. My partner and I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area. Most things were within walking distance including some great restaurants and shopping.

We had the best time. The property is walking distance to town and many activities. It was also a bike ride or jog to the lighthouse and state park. The backyard was AMAZING! It was wonderful to relax out there. Highly recommend!

A serene place to stay.

The gardens are beautiful. If you mostly want to just relax, maybe read a book, this is the place. If you want to get out it's an easy walk to downtown if your reasonably fit or you can drive to the beach or other attractions on Anastasia Island.The studio was very well equipped. We stayed for a week, ate most meals in and the small kitchen had everything we needed.

Truly a Paradise!

Beautiful, clean, wonderful hosts 10!Dave and Jed were excellent hosts: friendly, welcoming and gave lots of good advice/recommendations for visiting St. Augustine. (They made my wife and I feel extra special since it was our anniversary: a beautiful card and a bottle of prosecco were waiting for us upon arrival.) Their guest apartment was a comfy, clean place to stay and had all the amenities you could want. The grounds/pool/gardens were exceptional - what a lovely escape. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a great “home base” to explore St. Augustine!

Cozy Accommodations for One or Two!

This property is extremely clean and perfect for one or two adults looking to stay in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops and historic sites. If you like to grill, check out Chop Shop (within easy walking or biking distance) for fresh seafood, produce and good wine. David and Jed are friendly and accommodating and take pride in offering their guests full use of the gorgeous courtyard-esque grounds that are beautifully lit at night for a romantic spa experience. We would stay here again!

Cute 1-Bedroom Apartment

Dave and Jeb were wonderful hosts. Their apartment is really cute. Nice bathroom, living room and spacious bedroom. They have beautiful gardens and different small walking paths. It was very peaceful which is just what I wanted. They have a pool on the property also with various sitting areas. I would definitely book this apartment again.
