We are located right downtown, and our pool is open all year and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. We are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.
The interior of the downstairs apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences.
There is a beautiful backyard with a large 36' heated pool (April 1.- November 1.) including large umbrellas and outside dining table for the perfect al fresco meal.

Flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

The unit is equipped with a full bath that includes a tub/shower combination.
The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in which we provide the soap for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker. We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This is the 2nd - but not last - time we spent at the property. The unit is spotlessly clean & comfortable and has everything we’d need for a long weekend away. Our host is responsive & helpful with recommendations. Everything from restaurants to art galleries to music venues is in walking distance. We’ll be back again - hopefully soon!

The property was much bigger than we expected. The host was great and responded almost immediately any time we had a question. The property was clean and easy to find. Getting out of the parking lot can be a bit challenging since it’s narrow, and the street is also narrow and two-way. The weather was cold during our stay, so we couldn’t enjoy the pool, but it looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Overall, we had a great time!

Very welcoming. Quick response time. Easy check in and out. Very accomodating and resourseful space. All you could think of to need while away from home. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Walkable distance to all of downtown. Would stay again if we are in the area.

The apartment and house are beautiful. Clean! We loved the grounds-- the pool and area around it. Apartment was stocked with everything we could need-- towels, wash cloths, soap, shampoo, condition, body wash.Love having a washer and dryer on site too! Would highly recommend

The unit was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The pool and garden are a very nice amenity to have especially in summer. Because the property is so close to everything, we were able to park the car (onsite) for the entire stay and walk everywhere. Take time to do a walkabout in the neighborhoods the old homes are beautiful

Nice quiet neighborhood yet still walking distance to most things. Parking and checking in was super easy. Comfy beds. Clean well stocked condo. Amazing pool area! Overall a great stay. Fridge is not full size so don’t overbuy your groceries. Tap water was definitely “Florida water” but we used a PRUE filter and it worked perfectly.

We visited from NH. St. Augustine is a really nice, old City to visit with much to do. We stayed in apartment 2, very clean and as advertised. Bed is comfy, apartment had everything we needed, and backyard pool area is beautiful, quiet, and clean. Our weather wasn’t in our favor but if it was we would have lounged in the pool area more. The host is also great to work with.

I would definitely stay here again. The location was great if you don't mind walking, which we did most days instead of having to find a parking space downtown. Communication with Kristen was fabulous. The pool was green when we got there, however, it was taken care of for the next guests. We were not able to use it. However, we would have just sat with our feet in it anyway. The key box wasn't located by our Unit entry door, so if I had to make a suggestion, it would be to let the location be known in the check in information. We got into town an hour early, and were able to check in early. That was very much appreciated and Kristen was right back to me letting me know our unit was ready. You will not go wrong staying here.

Oh my goodness! I've stayed at several VRBO properties, but this one was by far the best! Lots of room, clean, thoughtful things supplied (like scissors that I actually had to use). The kitchen area is huge! And the pool area...wow!! When I wasn't traveling about town with my son, d-i-law, and grandson, I spent my time either in the pool, or sitting underneath the beautiful portico! Everything is within walking distance to the old town area around Flagler College. We walked almost everywhere. Can't say enough about how wonderful my stay was. If I ever get back to St. Augustine, I hope your property will be available.

Great rental for the price

The property is close to St George, walking distance. The pool area is fantastic, overhead fans, lighting. The owner is responsive, understanding and helpful. I would rent this again or any unit from this owner

Excellent Property and Host

This house was located perfectly for walking everywhere we wanted to go. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. The apartment was immaculate and well stocked with very comfortable beds. My favorite thing about this rental was the pool area. It was the perfect area to enjoy the pool and beautiful landscaping and just relax. I would highly recommend this property!
