1880 Victorian In Heart Of Downtown

  • Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated second floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.

    Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.

    If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

Host is very fast in responding to your texts. We arrived early and texted if we would be able to at least park in the parking spot. He said absolutely. After we parked and headed to St. George Street for lunch he texted and said that we were able to also get into our unit! That was much appreciated. The location is fantastic, so close to everything. Loved being able to walk everywhere. I’d definitely recommend staying at this property.

Very cute, spacious apt… the back deck and balcony were so nice to have! We only stayed one night but it would be great to spend more time there. We loved being in a historic home and reading the information pages about the house… very interesting! The location was great, as was the assigned parking space. Don’t be surprised if you hear your neighbors rejoicing about how much they are also enjoying their stays, lol! We’d stay again. Thanks!
