The only complaint we had was when we arrived there was someone in the yard tearing down the playground equipment, so we felt like we were a bit restricted from using the yard and having privacy. We felt we lost 3 hours of time we could have used the yard and canal. I'm not sure why they couldn't have waited for us to leave or tear it down before we arrived. "We absolutely loved this place. It was perfect for our big group. It was between both of the parks we wanted to visit. We felt safe. Jen was very accommodating. Lots of things to do in the house and around Ashton. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone."

"Very good except a firm sitting couch and lounge chair to repair the existing ones. A bed that does not squeck would also add to desirablity. Also probably better sheets. We just slept on the master bed."
