Great location near major attractions in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Your new private oasis is the perfect spot for your next get away. Located in the beautiful, gated community of Richmond, this model is nestled among breathtaking gardens and located along Jamaica’s scenic North Coast. Luxe Villa is a 50 min Drive from Montego bay airport and 15 mins from main attraction Dunn’s River.

The Space

Luxe Villa boasts an impressive 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with high ceilings throughout unit. Each room comes with A/C, smart television and is equipped with free wi-fi access throughout your stay.

Spacious master bedroom queen size bed, large closet area with master bath. Second bedroom with spacious closet and queen size bed and bench. Third bedroom contains a full-size bed and comfy sofa.

The property provided reasonable amenities for our needs and the location was within distance of the activities/events we wanted to attend. The internet service was really spotty.

My stay at this property was practically seem less. Our host Orville was very accommodating, we had everything we needed. The security is very meticulous, be prepared to show your ID. If I did have any difficulties getting into the property Orville was very easy to contact. If you have little ones they will enjoy the pool and the property offers swim toys. It was a bonus to go home with clean laundry. I would suggest having a car or hiring a car service as the store is a bit of a walk. There are many excursions and sites to visit. Orville has a lovely welcome package that will help you navigate your stay. My family and I will definitely be repeat guests. You will not be disappointed!

Our stay was an overall good experience. We too had the hiccup where the gatekeepers were difficult about letting us in upon arrival without additional word from the owner. The owner quickly remedied the situation and our stay the rest of the time was good. The pool and neighborhood is beautiful! Without a vehicle you will spend quite a bit on taxi service to and from town. We’ll definitely rent a vehicle next time as our trips to the local store was quite a walk. The home was clean and comfortable and we’d definitely visit again.

Booked a few days before our stay and what a stay it was. Small hiccup at the gate at check in, but that was remedied immediately by the owners. The responsiveness by Orville and Sanya throughout our stay was nothing short of amazing. The property is as advertised. In fact the pictures don’t do the property justice. Huge pool that is never crowded and a playground for the little ones.
