Economy Suites Springfield - Extended Stay
"Put the towels on the floor after I took a shower. When I picked them up the bottom of them were black because the floor was not mopped properly. One trash can in room. Very long wait to check in because only one person at front desk. Wings Etc., closest restaurant to motel, was not open at 7 p.m. ..."

Best Western Route 66 Rail Haven
"We chose this hotel based on the "excellent" reviews. Our stay did not fall into that category. We checked in around 9:40 pm and were sent to a normal, double room. Opened the door, beds were unmade and had clearly been slept in. Trash overflowing and musty smell. Loaded everything back up and drove ..."
