"Stayed here recently and honestly everything was great except the breakfast. It's included with the room, so you'd expect it to be decent, but the food trays were empty most of the time.
The cooks were right there but weren't refilling anything, so there was nothing left to eat. Kind of disappointing since you're paying for it to be included. Great hotel otherwise, just plan to eat breakfast somewhere else."

"This is a great location in Springfield - very close to many cool attractions and within reasonable walking distance. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The only negatives were no view out of our window (it overlooked the parking lot) and the towels felt rough, not plush. While we didn't stay for breakfast, there was plenty to choose from and the coffee was good."

"The bathroom countertop was not clean. When I walked up stairs to our room there was a flosser laying on the stairs and several wrappers laying on the ground. Staff was friendly, room was great , beds comfy and room had large fridge and stove and dishwasher. I was surprised!!! Other than the trash outside it was a very nice hotel and would stay again!!!"
