"The Rail Haven needs a lot of deferred maintenance. desk person gave us a crappy room and we had to change. Hardly anyone there in a Wednesday night, so why try to stick us in a tiny outdated room. we left before breakfast but the coffee was good. "This is an amazing hotel with great staff. 10/10"

"The ceiling in the bathroom had holes in the drywall where there had been leaks from above . The elevator was dirty . No staff at the desk when I went to turn in my key . Not the best experience"

"Perfect price and location. Everything is within minutes"

"Glad to have chairs outside of the door"
