"Staff on-site was very courteous, kind, and helpful. Did have one snooty interaction by phone when I called about not being able to pre-check in with the app as an email suggested. The property was clean. Thankfully, the room was cool but since it is a "green" hotel, don't expect fast temperature changes if you like things cooler or warmer than normal. "Just a nice clean hotel; location was also ideal for us. This is one of the first hotels i stayed to always smells nice. The lady who checked us in was very sweet and accommodating, she gave us recommendations. The lady who checked us out wasn't nice very sulky but the guy who sets up the buffet was always cheerful when greeting you at the breakfast buffet. Great hotel highly recommended."

"Everything was great except the pool. Only complaint is the pool had a very rough base/ sides. Our 6 year old daughter had bloody knuckles and feet from playing. We had to carried her back to the room after an hour."

"The hotel was conveniently located off the highway with a Waffle House nearby. The rooms were bug free but left alot to be desired. The door was very difficult to open and required two of us to get in the room. The room was very dated and had a hole in the ceiling, in the corner, that had a painted picture on it. If I was by myself or just had the kids with me, I would not of stayed because of safety reasons with the hole in the ceiling and the difficulty with the door. Since I was with 2 other...
