Check in was the assistant manager who took 4 phone calls while checking us in, not putting them on hold but full phone calls. Pool had algae and was cold, only hand towels at the pool not full towels, black mold and sitting water puddle on pool deck. Room shower has pink slimy mold as well as black mold. Room had two door locks had been broken into causing sharp metal one of which poked a hole in my husbands shirt. Coffee maker didn’t work. Shower would be extremely hot and switch to extremely cold without you moving the lever, burnt my kids in the shower. If the shower was on and you tried to turn on the separate tub the warm water in the shower would turn freezing cold giving warm water to the tub. Room had not been fully cleaned before we checked in (room clock upside down next to the bed with an old water bottle cap next to it). Shower had no shampoo or conditioner, instead was body lotion and hand wash. Staff was not efficient nor had manners. Trying to buy an icecream bar at 11:00pm the line was out the front door with one lady trying to check someone in, man behind her needed towels and after 20 min a housekeeping man came out and rolled his eyes but got him towels, after two men came in from the parking lot another employee came from the back office area to check them in immediately (know their names) and flirting with them ignoring there was a huge line - she said “oh I was just here to help them” and went back to the back despite the line. The list goes on!
