"Pros- good water pressure/hot shower Cons- when we entered the hotel before we got to the desk there was a large trashcan full of a brown liquid that was leaking from the ceiling. There was an odd smell of the reception area. Overall, the hotel was dark and just felt dingy and dirty. In the art room, the mini fridge rocked and wouldn’t stay upright/level. "Second time at this Hyat Place on the beach! Outstanding location, very clean, very well organized with great personal and a very convenient parking. Breakfast was great and you full of energy for at list half day to enjoy the beach without being worried about going to lunch early. Visiting with our 12th year old granddaughter. Front desk people very friendly that gave to her some free drinks after sharing few minutes of conversation made her day!"

"I booked my room through Expedia and on the website the picture showed that the rooms have a kitchenette. It also says it has a kitchenette in the description. The rooms do not have a kitchenette. I also was supposed to have a room with a sofa with a pullout and I did not get that either the free continental breakfast is a joke. My room never got cleaned the entire time I stayed and I never got my deposit back. Needless to say I will never be staying there again."
