"Stayed at Ambassador Orange over 2 nights during Labour Day long weekend.
The good:
1. Hotel was clean
2. Bathrooms recently renovated
3. Hotel TV offers direct stream from your own mobile devices
Reason for low rating is due to following experiences:
1. Our room was swapped from a family room which consists of beds for 4 and 2 separate rooms to a single room with a queen, single and fold-away bed.
2. Hotel reception told me that someone was meant to called a week earlier to offer...

"Everything about our stay was seamless. The room was quiet and easy to control the temperature for sleeping There is a pillow menu available. Little extras (like a welcome drink, fresh fruit at the desk) were appreciated, and staff checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Easy access to all you need in Orange. Highly recommend"

"Lovely place to stay, good location and easy to get around.
Just getting a little tired in the decor,. Abs I know the old keys have a certain charm, but they could use an update on an electronic keyless entry. But otherwise a lovely place to stay in Orange."

"Lovely comfortable bed. Didn't really appreciate the lack of a bedside light on one side of the main double bed and none next to the single bed. I would have liked a little more light in the unit but I appreciate that we had been allocated the last one on the corridor, looking out onto a brick wall.
It was nice to be so close to MacDonalds though which made breakfast and coffee easy to obtain. Walking access from the motel would have been nice rather than having to walk around."
