"When I arrived instead of the Deluxe room I was offered a family room which was in a basement with high brick walls out side a very dark room. They did change the room back to a Deluxe room on the second floor which was perfect. But when I booked I was under the assumption that I was booking Bed and Breakfast at £125.16 per night.....apparently not so. That was an extra payment .
