"Clean room , professional dedicated staff who are hard working and impressively they've not taken up any small offers I've made that would have meant they would have had less work to do. I stopped suggesting things in the end because not one of them were interested and it dawned on me that that's why the property is so well managed and standards high . My offers made sense to me but to them it didn't and thats why it's a great success"

"Really enjoyed my stay here at the Cross Keys. Was meeting up with family for a wedding in Saltburn. It was in a lovely quiet setting, beautifully decorated interior, quirky with a simple country style decor. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Ben and Laura who always made sure you was comfortable and had everything you needed. Would definitely stay and recommend this place again."
